1. Satisfaction Guarantee — Overview
🛡️ Our promise: we stand behind the quality of the statistical analysis we deliver. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your analysis, you may request a refund of the price you paid for it. We review every request and resolve legitimate cases promptly.
Important: this guarantee relates to your satisfaction with our analysis as an informational deliverable. It is not tied to the outcome of any game, match, or event, and it does not represent any guaranteed betting, wagering, or financial result.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@cej-consulting.com with your order number and a short description of your concern.
- Our team reviews the request — we respond within 24 hours.
- If approved, the refund is issued to the same card used for the original purchase.
3. Refund Timeline
- Initiation: as soon as a refund is approved.
- Bank crediting: typically 1–3 business days for most credit/debit cards. American Express may take up to 5 business days.
- Same card only: the refund returns to the same card used for the original purchase. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or method.
4. What We Refund
✅ We refund the exact price you paid for the analysis, in full (e.g., $499.99 for Exclusive Play of the Day, $149.99 for VIP Day Package, or the applicable special-product price).
5. What We Do NOT Refund
⚠️ Important: we do NOT refund any money you placed at sportsbooks, casinos, or third-party gambling sites. CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC is a sports data analytics company — NOT a sportsbook. We have no relationship, affiliation, or financial connection to any betting site, and we bear no responsibility for losses incurred there.
Examples of what is NOT refundable under our policy:
- Money you committed at any sportsbook (FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars, etc.).
- Money lost at casinos (physical or online).
- Money lost on any third-party gambling platform.
- Time spent following an event.
6. Cancelled or Postponed Events
If the analyzed event is officially cancelled or postponed (and not rescheduled within 48 hours), we will issue a refund of the analysis price to your card.
7. Complimentary Analyses
As a courtesy, in certain cases — for example when an event ends without a clear outcome — your analyst may offer you an additional analysis at no extra cost. Your analyst will let you know via Instagram DM when this benefit applies.
8. Dispute Resolution — Contact Us First
If you believe a refund is owed, please contact us first at info@cej-consulting.com before contacting your card issuer. We answer within 24 hours and resolve any valid request promptly — faster than any formal dispute process. Reaching out to us directly lets us make things right without the delays of a chargeback. This is a request so we can serve you better; it does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Exclusions
This guarantee applies only to analyses purchased directly on cesarsportsbets.com. It does not apply to:
- Analyses acquired from third parties or via redistribution (strictly prohibited under our Terms).
- Orders where the customer did not provide a valid Instagram handle for delivery.
- Charges on legacy product types that do not include this guarantee.
10. Manual Adjustments
In rare edge cases (technical issues, customer-service goodwill, exceptional circumstances), we may issue refunds at our sole discretion outside the standard process.
