We do not handle funds, accept bets, or manage financial transactions on behalf of clients. We are NOT a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. You must be 21 years or older to access our services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or purchasing any service on cesarsportsbets.com, you (“User,” “Client,” “Subscriber”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use our services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

- Not financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any outcome
- Not a solicitation to participate in gambling or wagering activities

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & CONTENT PROTECTION
4.1 Ownership of Content

- Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Fla. Stat. § 501.201–501.213
4.2 Personal, Non-Transferable License
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license:
- Is granted exclusively to the purchasing individual
- Cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any third party
- Expires upon cancellation or termination of your subscription
- Does not grant any ownership rights in the Content
4.3 Strictly Prohibited Uses — Federal and State Law Applies
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute violations of federal copyright law, trademark law, and/or Florida state law:
- Reselling, redistributing, or forwarding any pick, analysis, or Content to any third party for any compensation, whether monetary or otherwise
- Sharing, posting, or publishing Content on any platform including but not limited to Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, Discord, or any other digital channel
- Creating or operating any service — including Telegram channels, Instagram accounts, or any subscription service — that distributes or resells our Content
- Using our name, brand, likeness, or trademarks (“Cesar Sports Bets,” “La Fórmula de César,” “CEJ Analytics,” or any variation thereof) to attract customers or imply authorization
- Reproducing or copying our Content in whole or in part for commercial purposes
- Accessing, using, or sharing Content through any account other than your own registered account
4.4 Legal Consequences of Unauthorized Distribution
Violations of Section 4.3 may result in the following legal actions, pursued individually or simultaneously:
- Civil copyright infringement lawsuit under 17 U.S.C. § 501 — statutory damages from $750 to $150,000 per work infringed, plus attorney’s fees and court costs
- Criminal copyright prosecution under 17 U.S.C. § 506 and 18 U.S.C. § 2319 — punishable by up to 5 years in federal prison and fines up to $250,000 for commercial-scale infringement
- Trademark infringement lawsuit under the Lanham Act — damages up to $2,000,000 per violation for willful infringement of registered marks
- FDUTPA claim under Fla. Stat. § 501.204 — civil penalties up to $10,000 per violation plus actual damages and attorney’s fees
- Tortious interference with business relations — damages for lost revenue, lost clientele, and reputational harm
- Immediate termination of your account and subscription without refund
- Cease and Desist notices and DMCA takedown requests filed with all relevant platforms
CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC actively monitors digital platforms for unauthorized use of its Content and trademarks. Violations are investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
4.5 Reporting Violations
If you are aware of any unauthorized distribution of our Content, please report it to info@cej-consulting.com immediately.
5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each subscription is for one individual user only.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at info@cej-consulting.com.
6. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
- All fees are non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the specified billing interval.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination and legal action for breach of contract.
- All purchases are final and constitute acceptance of these Terms.
7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms, particularly Section 4
- Engage in unauthorized redistribution or resale of Content
- Share your account credentials with any third party
- Use our brand or trademarks without authorization
- Initiate a fraudulent chargeback
8. DISCLAIMERS
Our services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. All Content represents professional analytical opinion based on available data and is subject to inherent uncertainty. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive the right to participate in class action proceedings.

4. DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL Y PROTECCIÓN DE CONTENIDO

4.2 Licencia Personal No Transferible

- Se otorga exclusivamente a la persona que realiza la compra
- No puede ser transferida, vendida, cedida ni compartida con ningún tercero
- Expira al cancelar o terminar su suscripción
- No otorga ningún derecho de propiedad sobre el Contenido
4.3 Usos Estrictamente Prohibidos — Aplican Leyes Federales y Estatales
Las siguientes acciones están estrictamente prohibidas y constituyen violaciones a la ley federal de derechos de autor, ley de marcas y/o ley estatal de Florida:
- Revender, redistribuir o reenviar cualquier pick, análisis o Contenido a terceros, con o sin compensación económica
- Compartir, publicar o difundir el Contenido en cualquier plataforma, incluyendo pero no limitado a Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, Discord u otro canal digital
- Crear u operar cualquier servicio — incluyendo canales de Telegram, cuentas de Instagram o cualquier servicio de suscripción — que distribuya o revenda nuestro Contenido
- Usar nuestro nombre, marca, imagen o marcas comerciales (“Cesar Sports Bets,” “La Fórmula de César,” “CEJ Analytics” o cualquier variación) para atraer clientes o insinuar una relación autorizada con nuestra empresa
- Reproducir o copiar nuestro Contenido en su totalidad o en parte con fines comerciales
- Acceder, usar o compartir el Contenido a través de una cuenta distinta a su cuenta personal registrada
4.4 Consecuencias Legales de la Distribución No Autorizada
Las violaciones a la Sección 4.3 pueden resultar en las siguientes acciones legales, ejercidas de forma individual o simultánea:
- Demanda civil por infracción de derechos de autor bajo 17 U.S.C. § 501 — daños estatutarios de $750 a $150,000 por obra infringida, más honorarios de abogado y costas judiciales
- Procesamiento penal federal bajo 17 U.S.C. § 506 y 18 U.S.C. § 2319 — hasta 5 años de prisión federal y multas de hasta $250,000 por infracción de escala comercial
- Demanda por infracción de marca bajo la Ley Lanham — daños de hasta $2,000,000 por violación por infracción intencional de marcas registradas
- Reclamación bajo FDUTPA (Fla. Stat. § 501.204) — multas civiles de hasta $10,000 por violación, más daños reales y honorarios de abogado
- Interferencia dolosa en relaciones comerciales — daños por ingresos perdidos, pérdida de clientela y daño reputacional
- Cancelación inmediata de su cuenta y suscripción sin reembolso
- Cartas de Cese y Desistimiento y solicitudes de eliminación DMCA ante todas las plataformas pertinentes
CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC monitorea activamente las plataformas digitales en busca de uso no autorizado de su Contenido y marcas comerciales. Las violaciones son investigadas y procesadas con todo el rigor de la ley.
4.5 Reportar Violaciones
Si tiene conocimiento de distribución no autorizada de nuestro Contenido, repórtelo de inmediato a info@cej-consulting.com.
5. RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA CUENTA
- Es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso.
- Compartir cuentas está estrictamente prohibido. Cada suscripción es para un solo usuario.
- Es responsable de toda la actividad que ocurra bajo su cuenta.
- Si sospecha acceso no autorizado, notifíquenos de inmediato a info@cej-consulting.com.
6. PAGOS Y FACTURACIÓN
- Todas las tarifas son no reembolsables según nuestra Política de Reembolso.
- Al suscribirse, autoriza cargos recurrentes en el intervalo de facturación especificado.
- Iniciar una contracargo o disputa de pago sin contactarnos primero puede resultar en la cancelación inmediata de su cuenta y acción legal por incumplimiento de contrato.
- Todas las compras son definitivas y constituyen aceptación de estos Términos.
7. TERMINACIÓN
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar su cuenta de inmediato y sin reembolso si usted:
- Viola cualquier disposición de estos Términos, especialmente la Sección 4
- Redistribuye o revende Contenido sin autorización
- Comparte credenciales de acceso con terceros
- Usa nuestra marca o marcas comerciales sin autorización
- Inicia un contracargo fraudulento
8. DESCARGOS DE RESPONSABILIDAD
Nuestros servicios se proporcionan “tal cual.” No ofrecemos garantías sobre resultados específicos. Todo el Contenido representa opinión analítica profesional basada en datos disponibles. El rendimiento pasado no garantiza resultados futuros.
9. RESOLUCIÓN DE DISPUTAS Y LEY APLICABLE
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos de América y el Estado de Florida. Cualquier disputa se resolverá mediante arbitraje vinculante bajo las reglas de la AAA en el Condado de Miami-Dade, Florida. Renuncia al derecho de participar en procedimientos colectivos.
