1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from cesarsportsbets.com (the “Site”), you (“Client” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase our services.

2. Nature of Our Service

⚠️ Important: We are NOT a sportsbook. CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC (“Company”) provides sports data analytics and statistical research services only. Specifically:

We do NOT accept, process, facilitate, or handle any bets, wagers, or gambling transactions.
We do NOT hold, transfer, or manage client funds for gambling purposes.
We do NOT promote, link to, or have any affiliation with sportsbooks, casinos, or gambling operators.
Our content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
What you choose to do with our analysis at any third-party site is entirely your own decision and responsibility.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access or purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Products

We currently offer two main daily products:

Exclusive Play of the Day — $499.99 — one event · one analysis.
VIP Day Package — $149.99 — one event · one analysis.

We may offer special products for major events (Super Bowl, UFC, World Cup, etc.) at variable prices. Each product is a deliverable statistical analysis report, not a wager or a financial instrument.

5. Payment & Authorization

Payment is processed at the time of purchase via secure credit/debit card. By submitting an order you authorize the charge to the card you provide.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

🛡️ Our guarantee covers the quality of our work, not the outcome of any event. We stand behind the statistical analysis we deliver. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the analysis you received, you may request a refund under this guarantee:

We review every request and, when approved under our Refund Policy, issue the refund of the analysis price to the same card used for purchase.
Approved refunds are typically credited in 1–3 business days (American Express may take up to 5 business days).

No outcome is guaranteed. Our analysis is informational; sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. We do not promise, and this guarantee does not represent, any specific betting, wagering, or financial result. This guarantee relates solely to your satisfaction with the analysis as a consulting deliverable.

7. Refund Scope

Any refund under this guarantee covers only the price you paid us for the analysis ($499.99, $149.99, or the applicable special-product price). We do NOT refund, and bear no responsibility for, any money you may have committed at sportsbooks, casinos, or third-party gambling sites. The Company has no relationship with such sites.

8. Delivery

Each analysis is delivered privately via Instagram Direct Message to the Instagram handle you provide at checkout. A valid, accessible Instagram account is required to receive the deliverable. If you do not provide a valid handle or your account cannot be reached, we will hold delivery until a valid handle is provided.

9. Customer Obligations

Provide a valid email and Instagram handle at checkout.
Complete the email “I AGREE” confirmation step (if applicable).
Send a screenshot of your purchase to @cesarsportsbets on Instagram for identity verification (if requested).
Maintain confidentiality of the analysis (see Section 12 — Intellectual Property).

10. Dispute Resolution — Contact Us First

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at info@cej-consulting.com before contacting your card issuer. We resolve every legitimate refund request promptly — typically within 24 hours — which is faster than any formal dispute process. Reaching out to us directly lets us correct any issue and protect both parties without the delays of a chargeback. This is a request to allow us to make things right; it does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law.

11. Informational Purposes Only

You acknowledge that our content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a promise of profit.

12. Intellectual Property

All content produced and distributed by the Company — analyses, reports, statistical models, branding — is the exclusive property of CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC and is protected under the U.S. Federal Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 102), the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 1201), and the Lanham Trademark Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051). Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or sharing of our content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a federal offense subject to statutory damages of $750–$150,000 per work (17 U.S.C. § 501), criminal penalties of up to 5 years in federal prison (17 U.S.C. § 506 / 18 U.S.C. § 2319), and trademark damages up to $2,000,000 per violation (Lanham Act).

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Responsible Gambling

15. Modifications

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
