⚠️ NATURE OF SERVICES: All services provided by CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC are exclusively for informational, educational, and consulting purposes. We do not handle funds, accept bets, or manage financial transactions on behalf of clients. We are NOT a sportsbook or gambling operator.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of our services — including picks, analyses, and consulting content — all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all purchases including:

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly subscription packages
  • Exclusive and VIP packages
  • One-time consulting or analysis services
  • Any digital content or premium access

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to informational content that is delivered immediately upon payment, and that no refund will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with analytical results.

2. NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

Our services consist of professional opinion based on statistical analysis of available data. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or return. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable.

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@cej-consulting.com.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
  • Cancellation does not affect your legal obligations under our Terms and Conditions regarding intellectual property.
⚠️ CHARGEBACK POLICY — IMPORTANT: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this agreement. Such action may result in: (a) immediate termination of your account and access without refund; (b) reporting to credit bureaus; (c) civil legal action for breach of contract and fraud under applicable federal and Florida state law. We strongly encourage you to contact us at info@cej-consulting.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating any dispute.

4. EXCEPTIONS — TECHNICAL FAILURES

In the rare event of a confirmed technical failure on our part that prevents service delivery, we may, at our sole discretion, offer: service credit for future use, alternative delivery, or equivalent service substitution. Monetary refunds are not provided even in these circumstances.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATION — NO REFUND + LEGAL ACTION

Accounts terminated due to violation of our intellectual property rights (unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of Content) will not receive any refund. Additionally, such violations may be subject to civil and criminal legal action under 17 U.S.C. § 501, 17 U.S.C. § 506, and the Lanham Act, regardless of account cancellation or refund status.

2. SIN GARANTÍA DE RENDIMIENTO

Nuestros servicios consisten en opinión profesional basada en análisis estadístico de datos disponibles. No garantizamos ningún resultado específico. El rendimiento pasado no garantiza resultados futuros. Los resultados deportivos son inherentemente impredecibles.

3. CANCELACIÓN DE SUSCRIPCIÓN

  • Puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento contactándonos en info@cej-consulting.com.
  • La cancelación entra en vigor al final del período de facturación actual.
  • No se emiten reembolsos por períodos de facturación parciales.
  • La cancelación no afecta sus obligaciones legales bajo nuestros Términos y Condiciones en materia de propiedad intelectual.
⚠️ POLÍTICA DE CONTRACARGOS — IMPORTANTE: Iniciar un contracargo o disputa de pago con su banco sin contactarnos primero constituye un incumplimiento de este acuerdo. Dicha acción puede resultar en: (a) cancelación inmediata de su cuenta sin reembolso; (b) reporte a agencias de crédito; (c) acción legal civil por incumplimiento de contrato bajo la ley federal y la ley del estado de Florida aplicables. 4. EXCEPCIONES — FALLAS TÉCNICAS

En el raro caso de una falla técnica confirmada de nuestra parte que impida la prestación del servicio, podemos, a nuestra entera discreción, ofrecer: crédito de servicio, entrega alternativa o sustitución equivalente. No se proporcionan reembolsos monetarios incluso en estas circunstancias.

5. VIOLACIÓN DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL — SIN REEMBOLSO + ACCIÓN LEGAL

Las cuentas canceladas por violación de derechos de propiedad intelectual (redistribución, reventa o compartición no autorizada de Contenido) no recibirán ningún reembolso. Adicionalmente, dichas violaciones pueden ser objeto de acción legal civil y penal bajo 17 U.S.C. § 501, 17 U.S.C. § 506 y la Ley Lanham, independientemente del estado de la cuenta o del reembolso.
