1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from cesarsportsbets.com (the “Site”), you (“Client” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase our services.
2. Nature of Our Service
CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC (“Company”) provides sports data analytics and statistical research services only. Specifically:
- We do NOT accept, process, facilitate, or handle any bets, wagers, or gambling transactions.
- We do NOT hold, transfer, or manage client funds for gambling purposes.
- We do NOT promote, link to, or have any affiliation with sportsbooks, casinos, or gambling operators.
- Our content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
What you choose to do with our analysis at any third-party betting site is entirely your own decision and responsibility.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to access or purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Products
We currently offer two main daily products:
- Exclusive Play of the Day — $499.99 — 1 game · 1 pick.
- VIP Day Package — $149.99 — 1 game · 1 pick.
We may offer special products for major events (Super Bowl, UFC, Mundial, etc.) at variable prices.
5. Payment & Authorization
Payment is processed at the time of purchase via secure credit/debit card. By submitting an order you authorize the charge to the card you provide.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
The guarantee operates as follows:
- ✅ WIN — your charge stays confirmed.
- ❌ LOSS — automatic refund of the pick price to the same card used for purchase, typically credited in 1–3 business days (American Express up to 5 days).
- 🔄 TIE — rollover: your purchase carries over to the next day’s pick for the same product, at no extra cost. The cycle repeats indefinitely (next pick decides: WIN confirms charge, LOSS triggers refund, TIE another rollover) until a definitive outcome.
- 📅 Game cancelled or postponed — automatic refund.

Picks are delivered privately via Instagram Direct Message to the Instagram handle you provide at checkout. A valid, accessible Instagram account is required to receive the pick. If you do not provide a valid handle or your account cannot be reached, we will hold delivery until a valid handle is provided.
9. Customer Obligations
- Provide a valid email and Instagram handle at checkout.
- Complete the email “I AGREE” confirmation step (if applicable).
- Send a screenshot of your purchase to @cesarsportsbets on Instagram for identity verification (if requested).
- Maintain confidentiality of the pick (see Section 12 — Intellectual Property).
10. No Chargebacks
Because the Company offers a robust automatic refund mechanism via the Money-Back Guarantee, you agree NOT to dispute or chargeback any charge with your credit card issuer. All legitimate refund claims are resolved automatically through our system. Should you believe a refund is owed, you must first contact us at info@cej-consulting.com; we will resolve any valid request promptly.
11. Entertainment Purposes Only
You acknowledge that our content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable.
12. Intellectual Property
All content produced and distributed by the Company — picks, analyses, reports, statistical models, branding — is the exclusive property of CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC and is protected under U.S. Federal Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 102), DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 1201), and Lanham Trademark Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051). Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or sharing of our content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a federal offense subject to statutory damages of $750–$150,000 per work (17 U.S.C. § 501), criminal penalties of up to 5 years in federal prison (17 U.S.C. § 506 / 18 U.S.C. § 2319), and trademark damages up to $2,000,000 per violation (Lanham Act).
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
14. Responsible Gambling

15. Modifications
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

2. Naturaleza de Nuestro Servicio
CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC (la “Compañía”) provee servicios de analítica deportiva e investigación estadística únicamente. Específicamente:
- NO aceptamos, procesamos, facilitamos ni manejamos apuestas, wagers o transacciones de gambling.
- NO custodiamos, transferimos ni gestionamos fondos de clientes para fines de gambling.
- NO promovemos, linkeamos ni tenemos afiliación alguna con casas de apuestas, casinos u operadores de gambling.
- Nuestro contenido se provee estrictamente con fines educativos e informativos.
Lo que decida hacer con nuestro análisis en cualquier sitio de terceros es su decisión y responsabilidad exclusiva.

5. Pago y Autorización
El pago se procesa al momento de la compra vía tarjeta de crédito/débito segura. Al realizar un pedido autoriza el cargo a la tarjeta que provee.
6. Garantía Money-Back
La garantía opera así:
- ✅ GANA — su cargo queda confirmado.
- ❌ PIERDE — reembolso automático del precio del pick a la misma tarjeta utilizada, típicamente acreditado en 1–3 días hábiles (American Express hasta 5 días).
- 🔄 EMPATE — rollover: su compra se traslada al pick del día siguiente del mismo producto, sin costo adicional. El ciclo se repite indefinidamente (el próximo pick decide: GANA confirma cargo, PIERDE dispara reembolso, EMPATE otro rollover) hasta un resultado definitivo.
- 📅 Juego cancelado o aplazado — reembolso automático.

Los picks se entregan privadamente vía Instagram Direct Message al usuario de Instagram que provee al hacer checkout. Se requiere una cuenta de Instagram válida y accesible para recibir el pick. Si no provee un usuario válido o su cuenta no es accesible, retendremos la entrega hasta que se provea un usuario válido.
9. Obligaciones del Cliente
- Proveer email e Instagram válidos en el checkout.
- Completar la confirmación email “ACEPTO” (si aplica).
- Enviar captura de su compra a @cesarsportsbets en Instagram para verificación de identidad (si se solicita).
- Mantener confidencialidad del pick (ver Sección 12 — Propiedad Intelectual).
10. Sin Chargebacks
Dado que la Compañía ofrece un mecanismo robusto de reembolso automático vía la Garantía Money-Back, usted acepta NO disputar ni hacer chargeback de ningún cargo con su emisor de tarjeta de crédito. Todos los reclamos legítimos de reembolso se resuelven automáticamente por nuestro sistema. Si cree que se le debe un reembolso, primero debe contactarnos en info@cej-consulting.com; resolveremos cualquier solicitud válida sin demora.

Todo el contenido producido y distribuido por la Compañía — picks, análisis, reportes, modelos estadísticos, branding — es propiedad exclusiva de CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC y está protegido bajo el U.S. Federal Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 102), DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 1201) y Lanham Trademark Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051). La reventa, redistribución o compartir nuestro contenido sin autorización está estrictamente prohibido y constituye una ofensa federal sujeta a daños estatutarios de $750–$150,000 por obra (17 U.S.C. § 501), penas criminales de hasta 5 años en prisión federal (17 U.S.C. § 506 / 18 U.S.C. § 2319) y daños por marca registrada de hasta $2,000,000 por violación (Lanham Act).
13. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, la responsabilidad agregada total de la Compañía derivada o relacionada con su uso del Sitio o servicios no excederá el monto que nos pagó en los 30 días previos al reclamo.
